If we are pleased with our phone conversation, we will then have our candidates take one or more of our 500+ skills assessment tests available which will specifically pertain to the most important skills required for our client’s position.
If all goes well, our next step is to bring our candidates into our office for an in-person interview (if they are local) to see if they will truly fit in our client’s environment/culture.
Instead of having our candidates fill out the typical employment application, we have them answer a short 10-20 minute behavior-based interview questionnaire. Behavioral Interviewing is said to be 55 percent predictive of future on-the-job behavior, while traditional interviewing is only 10 percent predictive.
In order for every Interactive Resources candidate to be fully qualified, they must provide at least two recent professional references.
